This ultimate AB workout will tighten and tone your front, lower back and sides giving you a complete whole abdominal workout. It’s an opportunity to really tone your core muscles and increase overall core strength.

You will experience a huge variety of exercises working with body weight training, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, balls, bags and plates.
