Kids Boxing covers a variety of boxing techniques and circuit training to create a fun workout.

Kids Boxing is a complete full-body workout, which focuses on more than just the arms. This class involves upper body conditioning, which tones and strengthens the core, as well as cardio training, which improves stamina and heart functionality. It is a fantastic way to achieve a lean, toned body. You’ll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination, all while burning hundreds of calories.

Kids Boxing is based on the different training techniques used by pro boxers. The high-intensity of the class means that you burn fat quickly, and the quick succession and repetitive motion of the movements tones your muscles. All whilst having lots of fun and making new friends.

All classes are free with any of our all youth memberships, or £3 for class only members & guests.
