A baby friendly class for Mum’s and their little one’s including various Aerobic activities, strength training and core stability exercises to provide a safe and gentle re-introduction to exercise after giving birth.
Classes are run by fully qualified post-natal fitness instructors and Babies are welcome 6 weeks old to pre-crawling age.
Our qualified trainers will be there to give you advice, support and motivation as well as tips to help get you back in shape.
We cater for all fitness levels and abilities.
All we require is that you have had your 6-8 week check-up with your GP or 10 week check up if you’ve had a C-section delivery.
But I don’t have a baby? Don’t worry, you can substitute your workouts with resistance methods or weights. ALL fitness levels welcome.
All classes are free with any of our all access memberships, or £6 for class only members & guests.
