Pramacise is a unique Parent & Child class where we welcome you to bring your pram for some specific buggy exercises.
Our unique Buggy workouts will
- Burn off the excess ‘baby fat’ with lots of cardio pushing intervals
- Tighten and tone your muscles with resistance training
- Improve core stability for a healthier back and flatter abs
- Condition your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease!
- Uses your buggy as part of the exercise equipment
- Reduce the risk of post-natal depression
- Socialise with your baby and make new friends
All classes are free with any of our all access memberships, or £6 for class only members & guests.
