Warrior Workout is a High Intensity Interval Training class that covers a range of exercises to cover a whole body workout. HIIT ensures the body continues to burn Fat for up to 3 days after the exercise has finished and is therefore far more effective than Cardio or a typical class. Intensity can be lowered or increased by your own individual efforts and this class is suitable for all experience levels.

Become the ultimate Warrior by increasing the intensity of the class through additional weight, reps or speed.
