I have had a personal passion for fitness from 14 years old, when my hero – my Grandad introduced me to working out with weights. From that moment I knew the power of keeping fit and active. I have a desire to help people and so putting the two together has enabled me to working in my dream job. I have worked my way up from a gym instructor to referral officer and I enjoy everyday.
My qualifications range from designing HIIT workouts that burn maximum calories in minimum time, so you can fit them around your busy lifestyle and work commitments’.& YOGA flows for a more holistic approach to your fitness regime. I pride myself on delivering the results that clients crave for and I work closely with clients building up a great rapport and tailoring each session toward their goals.
