I enjoy showing clients new exercises and getting them to try things they’ve never tried before. I train clients to sustainably coach themselves in the future – its more than just numbers on a weighing scale. I always try to instil belief into clients that they are better than they think – they can lift heavier weights, they can run faster, they can squeeze for 10 more seconds. My Biggest inspiration comes from inspiring others I get a big buzz from helping people to achieve their goals. Outside the gym will likely revolve around football – playing or watching! Manchester United and Fleetwood Town, I also play Saturday and Sunday league so legs are usually in bits by Monday.
